Terms and Conditions
By using the Freight Fleet Hub website, submitting forms, uploading documents, requesting tracking updates, or seeking freight support, users agree to provide accurate information and understand that all service requests are subject to review.
Website Use
Users should submit accurate contact, cargo, company, document, origin, destination, and shipment information when requesting freight coordination, cargo handling support, storage requests, appointments, or cargo tracking assistance.
Service Requests
Submitting a form does not automatically confirm shipment acceptance, pricing, customs release, storage availability, transport availability, insurance coverage, or delivery commitment. Each request is reviewed based on cargo type, documentation, route, timing, and available freight options.
Coordination Language
Freight Fleet Hub provides freight coordination, documentation guidance, cargo handling support, storage request support, shipment visibility, and access to selected freight channels. The site does not claim ownership of aircraft, ships, trucks, warehouses, fleets, or handling facilities unless ownership is confirmed in writing.
Cargo Review and Restricted Items
Some cargo may require additional documents, packaging review, route assessment, regulatory review, or handling checks. Freight Fleet Hub may decline, pause, or request more information for cargo that cannot be supported safely, lawfully, or operationally.
Tracking and Waybill Access
Tracking updates are based on available shipment records and may change as cargo progresses. Public tracking output is limited to safe client-facing information. Waybill access is protected and should only be used by authorized clients or Freight Fleet Hub staff.
Uploaded Documents
Users should only upload documents they are authorized to share. Documents submitted through quote, storage, appointment, contact, or career forms may be reviewed for the related request.
No Unsupported Guarantees
Freight Fleet Hub does not provide blanket legal, customs, tax, security, insurance, storage, or delivery guarantees through website wording. Confirmed commitments must be provided through an approved written arrangement.
