Information is collected to review freight requests, respond to enquiries, prepare route and documentation guidance, coordinate cargo handling support, manage storage requests, process career applications, provide shipment visibility, generate waybills, and maintain operational records for clients moving high-value, sensitive, commercial, and time-critical cargo.

Records are kept only for as long as reasonably needed for freight coordination, client support, legal or accounting obligations, dispute prevention, audit history, or operational continuity. Shipment, Tracking, and Waybill Data
Public tracking pages only show safe client-facing shipment information. Internal notes, private documents, database IDs, declared values, staff comments, and sensitive operational details are not intended for public display. Waybill access is protected and should be used only by authorized clients or Freight Fleet Hub staff.
Forms and Uploaded Documents
Quote, appointment, storage, contact, and career forms are submitted through server-side routes with validation and rate limiting. Uploaded files may be reviewed only for the purpose connected to the submission, such as freight desk review, storage support, appointment preparation, or career application handling.
Sensitive Cargo Information
Sensitive cargo details are handled with controlled communication and limited access. Freight Fleet Hub avoids placing sensitive cargo descriptions, declared values, or client identity in public URLs, public tracking output, or email subject lines.
Correction, Deletion, and Privacy Requests
Clients may request correction, deletion, or review of personal information by contacting cargo@freightfleethub.com. Requests are assessed against operational, legal, security, and record-keeping requirements before action is taken.
