Freight Fleet Hub limits public exposure of client, cargo, tracking, and waybill data while supporting secure freight coordination and admin-managed business records.
Protected Records
Protected records include quote requests, contact enquiries, appointment bookings, storage requests, career applications, cargo tracking records, shipment status updates, uploaded documents, waybill records, and admin notes.
Access Controls
Admin routes are protected by authentication. Public pages must not expose database IDs, admin comments, internal notes, declared values, private documents, or sensitive operational details. Client Portal remains marked as Coming Soon until secure authentication, authorization, and file access controls are fully implemented.
Tracking and Waybills
Public tracking is limited to safe client-facing status information. Waybill PDF access is protected and should be available only through authorized staff access or verified client access.
Hostinger Production
Production secrets, database credentials, SMTP credentials, JWT secrets, and admin credentials must be stored in secure Hostinger-compatible environment variables or server configuration. No secret values should be committed to the repository or exposed in the frontend bundle.
